Academics in Athletics' Scholarship

(Applicant MUST be in the City of Lowell Public School System)

The purpose of this fund is used to assist any current or future Lady Panther family(ies) and the lack of ability to meet the financial commitments required to participate within this Organization. Requirements to apply for this scholarship is as follows: you must be a student at any grade level within the City of Lowell public school system and the student must posses at least a B- average. The request to be a recipient of this scholarship must be accompanied with a letter of recommendation from the athletes teacher or principle with a copy of their latest report card attached. This fund will be financially supported annually by a private donor.

The fund will be awarded annually prior to the Organizations first tournament. Solely the Director of the Organization will decide the dollar amount and the recipient(s). The award and dollar amount will be held in strict confidence between the Organization and their recipient(s).
